Heather is acclaimed in Britain as a top level teacher and performer. She has many years dance experience (in both jazz, ballet and contemporary dance as well as 15 years performing belly dance) and, over the years, has participated in many corporate/private functions, national shows and belly dance events both as senior teacher and headline performer. Her busy schedule includes teaching weekly classes, plus workshops around the country, along with her annual series of 'Summer Sizzler' workshops locally, which have run successfully for six years. Her students range from beginners up to teachers and professionals.
Heather's very individual Egyptian oriental style is typified by an elegant, uplifted posture with precise isolations and attention to detail, both musically and choreographically. She successfully combines joyful performance with lyrical choreography and as a result has received accolades from top stars/choreographers such as Randa Kamal and Raqia Hassan.
